Welcome

AMVETS Department of Washington, D.C. is a viable and visible organization
in our national capital region. Department officers and members alike serve
on government advisory boards, contribute to D.C. VA Medical Center programs,
volunteer at through the Veterans Affairs Voluntary Service (VAVS) and conduct
regular meetings to advance the goals of the organization. Here, you'll read the
